Why should a candidate register with ITR?
With a focus on candidate needs, we take careful consideration as the job search unfolds. We register client names with our candidates so that they can research the company and make sure it is somewhere they are interested in working. If they have a genuine interest, we will create a custom overview of their experience to better show how they fit our client needs, and forward it on with a copy of their resume. By doing this, we allow our clients a much deeper look into our job seekers background and give our candidates a much better shot at gaining client interest and getting an interview. We also will help our candidates understand the interview process and help them with any weakness they feel they may have by role playing through issue. We also feel it is necessary to keep our candidates as protected as possible through the job search, which remains confidential. For that reason, we will not check any references until we have an offer from our client that is acceptable.
