Contract-to-Hire Services
In an uncertain market, the contract-to-hire scenario is a very good option for a company and employee to get to know one another and be sure the match is ideal for both involved. For that reason, a majority of our clients use the contract-to-hire scenario. With the typical set-up there is a six month
(1040 hour) contract period with intention to hire. The salary for the conversion is agreed upon up front and when the contract period expires, the consultant converts to a permanent employee with no additional paperwork
