Tim is the founder of the company and oversees daily operations.  He has over 28 years professional experience in management, personnel, and operations and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.  Tim is a Veteran of the United States Army where he earned the National Defense Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, and multiple other commendations and awards while in support of the 101st Airborne's fabled 2nd Brigade Combat Team with the 2/44 Stike Fear Battalion.  The 101st Airborne (AASLT), also known as the Screaming Eagles, is an elite modular specialized light infantry division.
